We had a great 4th of July weekend with Mary Jo, Neil and Tara in town. It seemed like none of our plans worked out but it was still a good weekend. We'd planned to go to the zoo... along with the entire city of Omaha...so after waiting in line for a long time to get into the parking lot, Mary Jo and Neil didn't make it into the lot. So we decided not to go to the zoo. On Friday evening we drove down to Lincoln to watch Patrick play baseball...when we got to the game Patrick was done pitching and the game was a blowout after the 1st inning. We did get to go to Jim's favorite Mexican restaurant in Lincoln and then had to drive home through a heavy rain storm.
Luke enjoyed multiple walks with his grandparents and lots of playtime with everyone. On the 4th we relaxed and then grilled out in the evening. It was a fun weekend! Below are some pictures from the weekend and a couple videos.
