Below are some pictures from the past week. We decided it'd be fun to take Luke to swim lessons to get him acclimated to the water, and thought he'd enjoy it. Well...we took Luke to swim lessons twice...but he did not like it! So after crying for 10 minutes at both lessons we decided to quit and maybe we'll try again in the spring.

First Tooth!

Luke is getting his first tooth!! I just felt Luke's bottom gums and I feel a little tooth coming through! He's been such a happy boy you'd never know that he's getting his first tooth!

We're off to a second attempt at swim lessons - last week he cried for 10 minutes so he didn't finish class. Hopefully he does better tonight! More to come...

Fun in Iowa!

We went to Cedar Rapids over Labor Day weekend and had a great time! On Saturday Jim and I went to the Iowa vs. UNI game and Sunday we went canoeing with Jenny and Nate and his family. Luke got to stay back with Grandma Jo and her dad, Great Grandpa Jim. It was the first time Luke got to meet him. It was a fun weekend...and we'll be back in two weeks for another game!
