Muscle Tees and Father's Day

I picked up these muscle tees and think they look so cute on the boys. :)

Trying on daddy's shoes

Zzzzz

Luke watching Ella while she gets changed

Don't be fooled....Brady wasn't putting the puzzle together, he was tearing it apart :)  But Luke is great at putting together puzzles

Uh oh....someone has discovered Cheetos..

Jim and Brady on Father's Day!  Luke refused to get in the picture.  We went to "the farm" to celebrate Father's Day and my grandma's 81st birthday with my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.  It was a lot of fun but the day goes by too quickly!  Sadly I didn't get any pictures.. :(

Ella and Jess came over the other day so I could watch Ella and Jess could get a nap in.  Ella has been keeping mama and daddy up a lot at night, so they are tired!

Luke was in care-taker mode after Ella's visit.  He decided he wanted to rock Brady....but Brady wanted no part of it.  I laugh at how big Brady looks on Luke's lap! :)

Ear Tubes for Brady

During Brady's one-year well-baby visit, his doctor discovered that he had pretty bad ear infections in both ears.  We tried four rounds of antibiotics but nothing would clear up the infections - my poor boy! So after two months of suffering w/ ear pain, Brady's ENT doctor, Dr. Allen, decided it was time to put tubes in his ears.  The procedure was very simple and quick, but it was still nerve racking since they had to put him under anesthesia.  He was a champ and it doing so well!  After the first week post-surgery he's began to sleep all night - something he's done only a handful of times in his life!  So we know that he is feeling so much better which makes us so happy and relieved!

Future Doctor Swanson??

Someone found the wagon....

....and didn't want out!  So I pulled him up and down the hall of the hospital.

Post Surgery - Brady was very sleepy and wanted his comfort items - bottle, blankie and mommy.

A couple days later - my happy boy!

Luke help watering my flowers...

...and he decided the huge tree also needed a drink :)

Brady has always been mischievous....but seems even more so after his surgery!  No complaining from me, I'm just happy he's finally feeling better.

Baby Shower for Baby Rider

A couple weekends ago we traveled to Kansas City to visit with the Swanson/Riders and attend the baby shower for Baby Rider.  We visited the KC Zoo on Saturday - it was a beautiful day to be outside.  The boys loved seeing all the animals and the adults had fun too!  Sunday was the baby shower - Jen and Nate got a lot of good stuff for baby!  Only a couple more months before we get to meet her - can't wait!

Luke got his turn in the ring down in Nate's gym

We celebrated all the May and June birthdays with some cake

Luke discovered his love for popsicles and found a new friend :)

Brady wasn't feeling well...he got sick before the shower and was extra cuddly.
